Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 Launched With Quick Charge 4+ Support

Qualcomm has launched a new Snapdragon 7-series mobile chipset for midrange Smartphones.The new high-end soc is a successor of previous Snapdragon 710 and brings some advanced features such as, support for quick charge 4+ charging standard and the Qualcomm Aqstic audio technology.The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 Mobile Platform is built on a 10nm process and uses a sophisticated, multicore Qualcomm AI engine consisting of the Qualcomm kyro 360 CPU paired with Adreno 616 GPU, and the Qualcomm Hexagon 685 DSP. 

Qucalcom claims that the new Snapdragon 712 soc has been designed to deliver a console-level gaming experience and more immersive multimedia experience. compared to Snapdragon 710, the Snapdragon 712 mobile platform are designed to better manage battery usage, auto-adjust settings for picture, and understand your voice cues more naturally. as the Snapdragon 712 supports Quick Charge 4+ that is claimed to juice up the battery from 0 to 50 percent in as little as 15 minutes while the previous Snapdragon 710 had support for Quick Charge 4.  

The new Snapdragon 712 soc utilises the Snapdragon X15 LTE modem which facilitates fast download speed of up to 800 Mbps over cat and upload speed of up to 150 Mbps over cat. The Snapdragon 712 mobile platform comes with the Spectra 250 ISP that lets you shoot 4k ultra HD video at 30fps and full-HD video recording at 120fps. The Snapdragon 712 also benefits from the AI engine which is claimed to automatically adjust UI preference based on usage patterns to help in scenario likes clicking images or shooting videos.Qualcomm Aqstic audio technology handles the audio department and is further  backed by Qualcomm aptx for more refined music playback over wireless headphones. and There is also support for Bluetooth 5.0 and tri-band WI-Fi for wireless connectivity.
